I feel out of whack at the moment – lots to
do, never enough time, sometimes this seems to be the story of my life!
Although we have been doing plenty during classtime, I often forget to take
pictures and to take the time to reflect on what we have done! But here is
something from this week.

Although we have been doing plenty during classtime, I often forget to take
pictures and to take the time to reflect on what we have done! But here is
something from this week.
We have been visiting, and being visited by
the Specialist School for one session each week during the last 3 weeks. It has
been a wonderful experience so far for our children. We have an autistic girl in
our class who goes to the Specialist School 3 days a week so they loved going
to visit and seeing her other school. Our class has shown so much compassion
towards the children – melts your heart!

Here is the activity we did we them this
week – it was tricky to do the cutting and folding, but we got there!

First we watched the video from simplekidscrafts.com …
Then we had a play.
One boy used the clock to draw a dodecagon
– very clever!

I love being creative and the kids love it!
Another success story from room 3/4D!

Aw, they turned out fantastic! And all the kids would have had such a rewarding experience working with each other. What a wonderful activity!
